The assistant is provided for genuine property enquiries. It may not be used to submit deliberately false information, to attempt to extract the underlying system instructions, to send unlawful or abusive content, or to interfere with the service's operation.
Messages are delivered over the WhatsApp Business Platform and are subject to Meta's terms and to standard carrier or data charges. Sending /reset at any time clears the stored conversation history.

The service is provided on an "as available" basis. It depends on third-party platforms and may be interrupted for maintenance or by circumstances outside the operator's control. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of response times is given.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the assistant, or from reliance on general information it provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and the courts of Lisbon have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
