I have always inherently understood and was fascinated by real estate, and its relationship to wealth and culture.
I bought my first property in California in 2001. I have been a licensed Realtor in CA, and began to develop properties in the United States. Over the years, we expanded our holdings in over 5 states including MD, FL, WV, TX and CA.
Recently, we expanded our interest internationally and focused on Lisbon, Portugal developing and rehabilitating properties there through private equity. We've completed our first renovation increasing the property value 3x in less than 2 years. We are growing our portfolio actively in Lisbon and in Portugal generally.
I am a firm believer in using power to do good for the culture at large. I am also a believer that before you can focus your resources on doing "good", we must do "well" by creating a path to a return on investment.
